The website at www.jewelonme.com (the "Site") is published and maintained by JEWELONME, INC. This Privacy Policy regulates your access to and use of the Site. By visiting the Site, and/or using its services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as they may be amended. This Privacy Policy may change as we update and expand our services. We advise you to check back on this page to be aware of updates.

This Privacy Policy is part of JEWELONME's Terms and Conditions For Use of the Site. The Site is intended for users located in the USA, and shall be interpreted under New York state law and the U.S. law. This Privacy Policy applies only to data collected by JEWELONME, INC via the Site and does not extend to any other webpage.

I. PERSONAL INFORMATION

The privacy of everyone who visits this site is our top priority. For you to be able to use our website, we may ask for your Personal Information and collect certain data from your electronic device each time you visit us.

What Information Do We Collect?

Contact Data (name, phone number, e-mail, and mailing address, username and password that you may set to register your account with us, and your username. If you choose to login to the Site via a third-party platform we may collect information from that platform as well.

We collect above information to provide more relevant experience for users. We may send you e-mails about JEWELONME Product or brands to your e-mail address. By providing us your e-mail address you agree to receive messages at such address from JEWELONME (unless and until you have opted not to receive messages). Your wireless carrier's rates apply to these messages, and you may change your mind at any time by following the instructions in the Right to Opt Out section below. Social media platforms and networks that you use in connection with our websites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram, etc.) provide JEWELONME with information about you. Note that we are not associated with their privacy policy and suggest reviewing each privacy policy and user settings of social media platforms and networks on their websites.

II. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

JEWELONME may appoint third-party service providers to administer and/or operate certain functions or services relating to the Site or JEWELONME's operations and business, the performance of which may require the information you submitted. All such transfers shall be under strict confidentiality and security obligations.


III. UNSOLICITED MATERIALS

Through the Site, JEWELONME requests that you provide certain types of information so that JEWELONME may service you better. Please do not provide JEWELONME with business-related materials or any other types of proposals and other "Unsolicited Materials". Unsolicited Materials that we receive will not fall under this Privacy Policy. By submitting any Unsolicited Materials, you agree that JEWELONME shall have the sole discretion as to how to use such materials, and you automatically provide to JEWELONME a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the Unsolicited Materials in any manner. JEWELONME shall have no obligation to return any Unsolicited Materials which it receives.

IV. RIGHT TO OPT OUT

If you sign up for receiving information from JEWELONME, but later decide to opt out, you may contact JEWELONME at any time to cancel such an option. If you want to opt out of receiving promotional e-mails, click on the unsubscribe link located on all of our e-mails. Please note that request processing may take up to eight weeks.

V. USE OF COOKIES AND PIXEL TAGS

The deposit of cookies by the Site will allow JEWELONME to save your preferences for your next visit. This information allows JEWELONME to make improvements to the Site. Most web browsers are set up to accept cookies. 

Cookies and automated data collection methods gather information on you when you go on the JEWELONME website, open an email from us, or click on one of our ads. Protecting your information is a top priority JEWELONME. JEWELONME stores the collected information on a secure server. It is possible that third-parties unrelated to JEWELONME may be able to access or intercept transmissions unlawfully. While JEWELONME will do our best to keep your data secure, but we cannot guarantee 100% security. You transmit your information to us at your own risk.

In the unlikely event that the security of your Personal Information in our possession or control has been compromised, we may notify you of that fact. If a notification is appropriate, we will try to do so as promptly as we can under the circumstances, and, to the extent we have your e-mail address, we may notify you via e-mail.


VII. PHISHING

It has become increasingly common for unauthorized parties purporting to represent a legitimate company, to send messages to consumers requesting sensitive information. This illegal activity is commonly known as "phishing."

If you receive a message requesting that you provide any sensitive information via e-mail or to a website not seem to be affiliated with the Site please do not provide any information and report such request to us.


VIII. CHILDREN AND PRIVACY

JEWELONME does not intend to collect personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen years of age. If we find that someone under the age of eighteen has provided Personal Information to or through the Site, we will promptly remove that information from the Site.

The Site is located and operated in the USA under United States federal law. By transmitting Personal Information to and/or through the Site, you understand and consent to the collection, maintenance, processing and transfer of your information in and to the United States and other countries and territories.

X. THIRD-PARTY "LINKED-TO" WEBSITES

When you are viewing the Site, you may have the opportunity to visit other sites not operated by JEWELONME, including websites operated by third parties that are not controlled by JEWELONME. These sites may collect your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those other websites.

XI. SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

XII.CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
